The pool area is a true highlight, featuring a shallow shelf on one end, ideal for splashing around with the kids or lounging with a good book. The perfect spot for hosting a barbecue or enjoying the night sky views of the most beautiful mature oaks and rolling grounds of the historical Sarabay Country Club. (Pool can be heated between the months of November- April for $35/day. Please request prior to arrival. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is only 7 minutes away (4.1 miles) and downtown Sarasota is 16 minutes (7.8 miles). There is a Publix grocery store at Bayshore Gardens that is 6 minutes away (2.6 miles) and a Walmart Neighborhood Market that is just 9 minutes away (4.6 miles) to stock up on snacks, drinks, and food items or last-minute items you forgot to pack for the trip. No trip to Sarasota would be complete without going to one of the world-class beaches nearby. Siesta Key Beach is a 29-minute drive (14.5 miles) or Lido Key Beach is 20 minutes (10.3 miles).
