Please note that Cuernavaca is located at an altitude of approximately 5000 feet and that the residential area in which the property is located is in the highest part of the city. The property was, therefore, built without air conditioning, because it is unnecessary. Cuernavaca is renowned for its temperate climate, and the house remains fresh and cool all year round.
