70 km North West of Turku, Archipelago / Kivivesi / Takviikinsalmi 200 m (length 1 km, width 200 m, after which there is more open Archipelago Sea), The shore is in shared use with few other villas (not very much use), pier, shallow hard bottom shore with small stones, boat dock (also place for guest boat), rowing boat.

Wooden house 1990, renovated in recent year. Downstairs kitchen, living room, fireplace room, bedroom with 2 beds, toilet, sauna (ever-ready stove), bathroom (shower), dressing room.

Upstairs TV - lounge, WC / shower room, 3 bedrooms each with 2 beds. One of the bedrooms is bigger familyroom and it has also double bed. One bedroom has a private balcony. Child safety gate on the stairs (down and up).

Spacious courtyard with children's play areas. At the end of the house large and comfortable patio area with gas grill and campfire place. In the yard there is a fish cleaning Place.

Villa Ekdal is the choice of an environmentally conscious customer. Significant investments have been made at the site in the use of renewable solar energy and waste sorting. Bio-waste from the kitchen and garden ends up in the courtyard and garden area of Villa Ekdal through its own composting for biodynamic utilization.

Note! Maximum amount of persons is 13 persons. Owner does not allow extra customers.

Final cleaning is included in the price. Modern stylish 2-storey house in Kustavi's Takviikki in a quiet little residential area.

Due to its several bedrooms and spacious living areas, the house is well suited for two families vacationing, even for three generations, companies and groups for year-round use. From Christmas until Epiphany, Villa Ekdal is illuminated with Christmas lights inside and outside, as in the photo. There is also a decorated Christmas tree and other decorations inside.

Outboard motor (4 hp) on rent from owner. Rent of outboard motor euro 40/week and euro 25/weekend (client brings fuel) . Both equipments upon request from owner in advance.

The beach is down the road about 200 m. The area is known for great fishing possibilities. Fishing guide-, taxiboat - and catering services available nearby. The owner will instruct (see www.visitkustavi.fi). WIFI.
