Our condo is on the second floor with 3 bdrms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor covered patio and laundry (8 Guest Max.) Air cond. inside and the refreshing sea breeze in Aquatika's beautiful Oasis.

You will appreciate that the kitchen has new appliances and reverse osmosis water filtration. Each room has new AC units. The main living area has a smart TV, and free high-speed internet. The living room is open to the dining room, kitchen, and outdoor covered patio. The main bedroom has a queen bed with an on-suite bathroom and smart TV. The 2 additional bedrooms have full size bunk beds with dressers and a portable crib. There is also an additional bath and laundry room. You will have access to everything except the closet in the main bedroom. There are no visitors allowed while staying at Aquatika (only registered guests). We can only allow a maximum of 8 guests at a time including babies. No pets are allowed.

Electricity is very expensive. Please leave windows and doors closed while operating the AC Units respectively.

You may notice natural signs of wear from time and elements. Our unit has been newly updated with many upgrades and regular maintenance over the years. Keep in mind we are continually making improvements. We commit to a clean and inviting stay. Feel free to notify us of any areas that need immediate special attention.

Our Outdoor Space

We are proud of the high standard of security and amenities in this condominium complex. The entire complex is gated, and ALL residents and guests must be identified at the guardhouse in order to enter. All guests must be preregistered by name prior to arrival for admittance to Aquatika, Wristband must be worn at ALL times while on the premises as a registered guest and to access the many amenities Aquatika has to offer. Guests will be responsible for fines accessed if you are not wearing a wristband.

During your stay you will have access to a private beach with a key from 5am-9pm. Our unit is located at the end of the development within close vicinity to the beautiful pristine Atlantic Ocean. A key is required for access to the beach gate. You will be responsible to pay $100 for a replacement if the beach access key is lost.

You’ll notice the outdoor grounds are meticulous with many areas to enjoy a picnic in covered pavilions and outdoor grills with a clubhouse and on-site 24-hour security.

Aquatika boasts 5 pools (one has a small water park that runs on weekends) 3 hot tubs, lazy river, basketball court, miniature golf, tennis and volleyball courts, and children’s play areas make Aquatika a favorite destination for families. You are welcome to use the beach chairs, and sporting goods provided to enjoy the amenities. Please avoid wet towels and clothing on the furniture by hanging them up to dry on the hooks located on the patio.

Included are 2 parking spaces as a rental car is a MUST for your convenience.

Loiza is approximately 35 KM from the San Juan Airport and Aquatika is 23.6 KM on PR 187

We are excited about the improvements underway in the common areas and exterior of Aquatika, however this may result in some closures of common areas during this time. Despite minor inconveniences you can enjoy a safe enjoyable stay on this beautiful Island

We hope you feel at home as our guest and will respect the property and community during your stay with us. pets, parties, smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited. If any activity of this type is detected a fine will be charged and result in termination of your stay with NO refund.

Finally. LOIZA has been relatively untouched by tourism and is a very culturally rich town. Locally there are markets and cultural dining experiences within minutes from Aquatika. Although there is plenty to keep you busy in Aquatika, I would encourage you to explore ALL Puerto Rico has to offer.

Puerto Rico is blessed with average annual temperatures of 82 degrees. There is a wealth of interesting activities and diversions.

Within driving distance, you will find El Yunque rain forest, golf, ferries to Culebra and Vieques, Old San Juan, Bio-luminescent Bay, fishing, surfing, zip-lining, horseback riding, outlet malls, coastal hiking, El Morro, Luquillo, Dorado, Rio Camuy Cave Park, Rincon, museums, water parks, casual and fine dining and unique Puerto Rican cuisine, and more...
