• An EV charger is available on-site; please bring your own charging cable.

• Notes:

• The fireplace downstairs is out of service until further notice. Please use the fireplace upstairs instead.

• A Pack 'n Play may be available upon request. Let us know if interested!

• Storage room on the far side of the property, left of the outdoor shower, contains beach items (chairs, cooler, lawn games).

• Renters need to log into their streaming accounts; adding new apps is allowed. Cable TV is not available.

• There is an old motion sensor in the living area; it's inactive.

• The attic and utility room are locked and off-limits to renters.
