*These units overlook a construction project, and the hours of operation are 8am - 7pm weekdays, 10am - 7pm on Saturdays, and off on Sundays. The rates have been adjusted to reflect this inconvenience*

 

Charming 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo on the 2nd level above the Chop Shop. The center of town is less than a mile away, or a 2 min uber/Lyft ride to all of downtown restaurants and shops. There is one parking space for this rental located in the parking lot beside and behind the King James Building. This parking lot is shared with City Bakery and the Bone and Broth Restaurant so there are no assigned spaces.

 

*Please note: There is not an elevator in the building*

Perfect place for a weekend in Asheville! About a 15 minute walk from downtown. The cafe downstairs was perfect for breakfast. Would stay again!!
