- Electricity is included in short-term stays (<28 nights) but not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. Should your stay be 28 nights or more, we will collect a security deposit before check-in.
