These are the only ways to describe this new home and her little sister, the 2 bedroom home next door. Take your vacation to the next level with the spa-like vibe of this home! With construction completed in 2024, these rustic-chic contemporary homes bring an impeccably done Scandinavian style to the White Mountains, with enormous windows that take full advantage of their location perched on a hillside overlooking the surrounding mountains. Pictures don't do it justice!

 

This 4-bedroom home has a clean, symmetrical design built into a hillside to merge beautifully with the nature that surrounds it. You will enter through the top level's spacious mudroom, and you'll immediately feel your breath taken away by the stunning view in front of you. The main living space consists of a modern kitchen with luxury appliances, a clean and welcoming living area with a large wall-mounted TV, and a gorgeous Jotul gas stove to keep you warm and enhance the ambiance, without the need to deal with messy firewood.

 

On opposite sides of the living areas are the two primary sleeping suites, each complete with a king bedroom, large walk-in closets, and luxurious bathrooms with separate walk-in tiled shower and toilet areas and luxurious touches such as soft motion activated toe kick lighting. These two wings of the house have their own door so that you can enjoy complete privacy from the rest of the family. The washer and dryer can also be found in the bathroom/laundry room off of the living area. A huge deck runs the entire length of the home, so you can enjoy the stunning views without even leaving the house. Enjoy a meal al fresco, and soak in the view while you grill on the propane Weber. A new Solo Stove fire pit has been added... and when the summer gets hot, AC will keep you cool!

 

The same footprint is replicated downstairs, where you will be wowed - again - by the open game area with a pool table, shuffleboard, and TV area. The French door gives convenient access to the outdoor Sundance Spas hot tub. On each wing of this level, you will find additional sleeping quarters, one with a king bed and one with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds in a custom-made loft arrangement. A shared bathroom includes a jetted tub. Need more space, or prefer complete privacy? You can rent this home's smaller sister, as well, a 2-bedroom cabin built at the same time, just a short walk away!

WHAT TO EXPECT

 

Arrival and Departure

-Check-in is at 4 PM and Check-out is at 11 AM.

-Early check-ins and Late check-outs are subject to availability.

-A Digital Guidebook is provided before arrival.

-Lock codes are provided 1-hour before check-in subject to signing the Rental Agreement.

-All interactions are virtual, but our office team and ground crew are available for assistance.

 

Occupancy and Pets

-The total number of guests at the property must not exceed the number listed in the booking. The guest count should reflect the correct number of adults (12+), children (2+), and pets. A nightly extra guest fee may apply for guests above the standard occupancy up to the maximum number of allowable guests.

-This is not a pet-friendly home.

-Respectful Noise Levels: Let's keep the peace! Keep the volume down so all can enjoy their time here. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.

 

Amenities

-Your unit will be stocked with a starter set of consumables including toilet paper, paper towels, a sponge, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, coffee filters, etc. Additional supplies should be provided by the guest.

-YouTube TV streaming service is available for your entertainment.

-There is whole-house AC.

-The main-level has a Jotul gas stove. Firewood is not needed!

-This unit has a propane grill. Propane is supplied.

-This unit has a fire pit.

-No Unauthorized Fires: State and Local Laws regulate the use of fire pits, grills, other open flames, and fireworks. Only use provided grills and fireplaces; permits are required to use fire pits in NH.

 

Driving Access, Parking and Entryway:

-Remember this area is home to many residents and children. Please follow posted speed limits and drive carefully for the safety of our community.

-Parking limitation of 4 CARS.

-Each property has parking limits based on capacity and/or potential rules of the Homeowner's Association. Guests must abide by these limitations to protect the physical property and the space of neighbors. Additional vehicles must be parked in specified overflow parking areas. Trailers or RVs may not be parked at any property without permission. Excess vehicles may be towed.

-Access from parking to the front door requires climbing three steps.

 

Trash and Recycling

-There is a container at the end of the driveway where bagged trash and recycling can be deposited.

 

Disclosures

-A signed rental agreement is required for all reservations.

Some of our homes are equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes. This home has one flood light camera on the southeast corner and one game camera along the driveway.

-Rural homes may encounter pests like bears, mice, lady beetles, and wasps. To minimize this, we ask that trash not be left outside. We actively manage these situations while prioritizing environmentally friendly methods and limiting the use of chemicals.

-Cancellation policies are followed to ensure fairness to all guests and owners. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance as exceptions cannot be made.

 

Our House Rules are designed to promote responsible behavior and respect for others. While we want to keep rules minimal, setting clear expectations is essential. We kindly ask that all guests adhere to all rules to ensure a positive experience for everyone.
