Relax with your honey, make it a group getaway, or stay for business in this cozy & cheery home in the sleepy town of San Pedro, LA. 8min drive to the scenic White Point Beach (a cool surfing locale), 14min just across the bridge to the heart of Long Beach, or a 20min+ drive to LAX Airport (traffic allowing). Walking distance to grocery & convenience stores, & Peck Park is just a few blocks' walk away (boasting fantastic hiking trails with scenic views).

THE SPACE

Stylishly designed and fully-furnished interiors including a living area that comfortably seats four, a 42" Smart TV with Netflix & Prime Video for your movie nights, and a romantic fireplace. There is a moody formal dining area and lots of counter space for cooking in the fully-stocked kitchen. You will have dedicated workspaces in both bedrooms, and WiFi is available.

Expect bright white fluffy towels and crisp bed linens in the cozy and comfortable bedrooms. We also provide two tower fans and a wall A/C unit to keep you cool during those warmer summer months, and a built-in gas heater for warmth during the chillier months.

The backyard has has string lights for evening ambiance, a fire pit and grill, hammock, and table for four.

GUEST ACCESS

Street parking is abundant (there is usually an open spot on the corner of Dunn St. just in front of the fire hydrant, or on 1st St near the detached garage). Feel free to walk, grab an Uber/Lyft or drive to get around. We have done all three! Please note there are about 13 steps leading up to the house.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

We've got awesome quiet neighbors, so please no parties/gatherings/get-togethers. Please note: Our properties have external cameras and alarm systems for security.
