Location and comfort come together in this island getaway. A short drive (6min) from the airport brings you to a renovated, tastefully decorated, spacious home just a short walk (8min) from the best beaches, restaurants (5min) and nightlife (10min) of San Juan!!

Full of natural light and open space, this second floor walk up flat flows with good energy. The island vibe is captured with boho, modern tropical decor, local island photos, and an airy, light balance of peaceful and fun.

Sleep deeply in calm, spacious bedrooms with comfy, comfy bedding and mattresses. Rejuvenate under rainshowers in modern clean bathrooms. Come together at the large, modern dining table for meals prepared in a fully equipped kitchen with tons of counter space and every coffee preparation device of which we could think.

Multiple seating areas, a yoga space, a breakfast table, a dining table . . . This is a place to call home (at least for a while) with space for all.

Please only park in the right side of the carport and park tight to the wall!

Also, please DO NOT park directly in front of the building, as this is the downstairs neighbor's parking =)

Check in and check out shouldn't require anything specific, but as things arise we're available!

Prime Condado location!

10min walking to the best beach in SJ. 5min to Calle Loiza, the up and coming restaurant row. 5 min to supermax, a 24hr grocery store. 10min to Late 23, 15 to La Placita, 15 to downtown Condado.

7min (if that) to the airport..... you're there!

Parking included, walkable to everything you need, and a very short Uber to Old SJ!!

Hot water is via in line water heater, and only runs when there is enough flow, so you have to keep the showers at a hot temperature or the hot water cuts off entirely. In the end, the hot water is not great, but certainly works!!

Roku TV is set up on the WiFi so just connect to your accounts and go!

We have beach chairs, a cooler, snorkels, games, beach towels - no worries!

Please note that we have security cameras in the exterior carport for safety.
