Welcome to 485 Sandy Ridge Circle in the Sandy Ridge subdivision in between Fort Walton Beach and Navarre! Ideal for a family vacation or transient military. This spacious home offers free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, and a relaxing patio with a grill. Stay like a local and experience the Florida Panhandle from this comfy home. Sleeps 7

Enjoy your morning coffee on your patio overlooking the landscaped, fenced back yard. (Keurig and regular coffee maker). When you are ready for some white sand and surf, the beach is a 20-30 minute drive (free access and parking on beaches in Navarre and Okaloosa Island).

If you decide to head to Navarre Beach (30-45 minutes) you will find the longest pier in NW Florida. You can walk on the pier to view a wide variety of aquatic life. More frequent are sightings of dolphin pods, rays and sea turtles. Since Navarre Beach sits on a barrier island, you’re surrounded by water to take kayaks or paddle boards out for a day of fun. You’ll find calm waters to help beginners learn the finer points of navigating the water. Visiting golfers will want to bring their clubs and challenge the 18 holes at the Club at Hidden Creek, just a few miles away. Take the whole family to the charming Gulf Breeze Zoo with over 800 animals, giraffe feedings, and a fun train ride.

If you decide to head to Okaloosa Island (20-40 minutes), you will find many public beach access points, the most popular being the Boardwalk with its shops and restaurants. You can enjoy the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, miniature golf and pontoon boat rentals as well. Destin is only a few miles farther down highway 98.

Are you military looking for a place to stay on TDY or while waiting to move in or out for PCS? This house is very convenient to Hurlburt Field and not too far from Eglin AFB. We also welcome people coming to the area on temporary assignments for their jobs.

House Rules

Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age. No smoking/no pets. Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No parties, events or smoking of any kind.

This property sleeps 7 people!!! If we determine you have more than 7 people, we will charge a fee of $100 per additional person over 7, per night.

Parking: The driveway has room for 2 cars (3 car limit). Garage is available.

PETS: This property allows pets up to two pets with payment of the pet fee. $500 penalty if we find a pets on the premises not reported on the reservation.

This property has a doorbell with a camera.

Our properties come with freshly laundered linens and towels, and a starter supply with dish soap (and dishwasher soap too), laundry soap and facial tissues, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hair dryer, along with a welcome amenity kit of bathroom supplies.

LONG TERM STAYS/SNOWBIRDS: If you plan to stay more than 30 days, you may be required to have a cleaning every 30 days by our cleaners. If required, the cleaning fee will be added to your booking for each 30 days of your stay after booking. Contact us for more information.

CANCELLATIONS: We will follow the cancel policy you were provided by the booking channel you used. Be sure to read your rental agreement for all of the cancellation terms. Please contact the website from which you made the booking to initiate a refund; or contact us directly.
