You will have a choice of guest memberships at either BHI Club or the Shoals Club. The BHI membership is Lifestyle with golf available. You will be close to the marina, shops and restaurants located in that part of the island.

Get out on the water! Take a relaxing a relaxing stroll in Bald Head Creek and enjoy the wildlife and peace of the marsh. This Must Be The Place provides 2 kayaks, a large canoe and a Stand Up Paddle Board. The Kayaks are located right across the street in the Kayak Launch area, no having to haul kayaks around.

*At "This Must Be The Place" there is access to Shoals Club or Bald Head Island Club Temporary Memberships. You must join as a temporary member. Temporary membership fees will apply.

*Please keep in mind the BHI CLUB is now capping registration for their guest memberships. If you wish to attend the club during your stay please apply ASAP. Please visit the BHI Club website to see and review their NEW rules and fees for the 2022 year. Keep in mind there are new rules regarding what days you can attend the club and what activities guest members can use, please refer to their site or call them for more details*

*This is a DOG FRIENDLY HOME: A non-refundable Pet fee of $300 will be added to your rental if you choose to bring your dog. And for 2 Dogs the Pet Fee is $450 - Please note: Dogs are not allowed on any furniture, sofa or beds, damages and extra cleaning apply for these rules are not followed.

*Please make yourself aware of our cancellation policy. Insurance is highly recommended.

*Maximum Occupancy: 12 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.

*Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.*

* Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.

* Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.

* No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict

tenants and guests with no refund given.

*If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions!
