This Beautiful single level home has outdoor amenities including a hot tub off the Master, a gas BBQ, and bikes located in the 2 car garage. There is an extended bar with room for everyone to gather around or pitch in on the prep. There is Dining room seating for everyone at the table and comfortable seating for everyone in the Living room.

Bedroom 1:

The first bedroom is the Main bedroom with En Suite, which houses a King-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private exit to the hot tub.

Bedroom 2:

The second bedroom houses a Queen-sized bed as well and a flat-screen TV.

Bedroom 3:

The final bedroom has two sets of standard Bunk beds, perfect for the small humans in your world.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes:

This home includes 8 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, Disc Golf, and Winter Sledding Hill.

*All items within the homes are inspected periodically. Items such as bicycles at homes are to be used at guests' personal risk. Such items are to be inspected by the guest prior to use.
