Seaside Farmhouse - Cape Charles getaway

Welcome to Seaside Farmhouse! This 1920's farmhouse, recently fully renovated, is the perfect reason to take a break from the hustle and bustle of life and book your escape here. Situated on 1.5 acres, there's plenty of amenities around the property to keep you busy (or relaxed!)- including a basketball court, horseshoes, cornhole, ping pong, foosball, relaxing on the hammock or lounging around the fire pit. There are 5 bedrooms and additional bedding accommodations for up to 15 guests! We are committed to making your stay a memory to last a lifetime. On the second floor, we have a bedroom with a twin over twin bunk bed, a room with a queen bed, and a room with a king bed. On the third floor, we have a room with a full bed, and a room with a queen over full trundle bed- the sofa in the living room is also a sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Established between the bay and the ocean, we are located 20 minutes from historic Cape Charles.

We utilize a third party communications app that automatically sends out a message once your booking is confirmed. It will ask you to sign our rental agreement regarding our house rules, capture a Government issued ID to verify age, and capture a credit card as a precautionary for any incidentals or damages that may incur. Once the agreement is signed, then you will receive the door pin code for entry on the day of check-in.

We also have NoiseAware installed in the home. This monitors noise decibels to ensure our noise control rule is abided during after hours.
