Welcome to Martinwoods Cabin in the beautiful Hocking Hills Region.

Our cabin is perfectly situated on 5 heavily wooded acres . To access the cabin you will need to bring a 4 wheel drive, it is worth the drive.

It offers Direct tv and Viasat internet.

It is the perfect place to relax and unwind from everyday life, whether you want to relax in the hot tub or just sit on the porch swing this is the place to do it. We also offer a fire ring and charcoal grill so you can sit around the fire and enjoy the weather and enjoy the conversation or cook up some steaks or veggies on the grill

We are just a short drive to the state parks, Lake Logan, Grocery and restaurants as well as zipline and winery. (approx. 7-8 miles) (9 miles to zipline)

The cabin has 2 bedroom, 1 private and 1 loft (both queen beds)

2 living rooms with Direct TV, 1 bathroom (tub/shower) and kitchen with full size appliances

Below is more information needed for your stay. PLEASE be sure to look them over so you know what to expect.

The cabin sits on 5 heavily wooded acres, and has a steep gravel drive so 4 wheel drive is NEEDED unless wanting to park at the bottom and walk up. Several guests have said they underestimated the steepness and stopped part way up, and got stuck when trying to back down and had to call a tow truck. All wheel drive may work for summer and spring (NOT A GUARANTEE) however only 4 wheel drive will work in the winter months. Please do not start up then stop and try to take off again, it is tearing up the drive even more.

Please do not rent this cabin during the winter months if you do not have 4 wheel drive (all wheel, rear wheel and front wheel are not going to work) 4 wheel is also highly recommended year round. It is a STEEP STEEP gravel drive.

Someone will be there to meet you at the cabin to check you in. Check in between 4-5 (NO late check in) If you cannot be there by 5 please do not rent the cabin

If booking a Thursday or a Sunday that attaches to A Friday or Sat it will be billed at the weekend rate. Major Holidays require a 3 night stay at weekend rate

No Check in On Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Christmas Eve or New Years Day or Eve. No Saturday check in on Holiday weekends

No children under 12 for safety reasons. Please make sure when reserving you do not exceed the maximum guest count. If there are more than 4 guests you will not be permitted to check in and will be asked to leave with no refund given.

In order to give you peace of mind, we are now taking extra precaution to fog our home before each guest arrives with a natural disinfectant that kills the corona virus within 4 minutes.

We will be disinfecting all hard and common touched soft surfaces. The disinfectant contains no harsh chemicals and leaves no residue.

Wifi is provided, however there are no refunds if it is not working, It is satellite internet and we are in the woods.

This is a no pet facility, if you bring a pet, all guests will be asked to leave with no refund as we do not allow them and cannot stay there to be sure they are no longer there.
