Pet-Friendly Property Guidelines:

• Maximum of 2 pets per stay.

• Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you book

• Pets must be on leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside

• Pets must be crated/kenneled when left in the home alone

• Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of

• Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket/quilt) should the pet get onto furniture

• Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and/or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines

• This condo unit is on the 1st floor, down from the parking lot, and does have an elevator

• The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old, and it is best suited for groups of friends and families looking to enjoy themselves.

• This property is easily accessible by road, and does not require 4WD. All roads are paved, however, roads may ice over in winter.

Getting There

We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Public transport is not available at Lake of the Ozarks. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. Uber/Lyft are also available in some areas but are not as prevalent as in most cities. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.

Cancellation Standards: Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.
