This newly updated, stand-alone villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and offers stunning water views from multiple vantage points, including two spacious decks, the dining room, living room, and master en suite bedroom. Nestled on a serene pond, Villa 9 is the perfect retreat for relaxation and beachside fun.

FREE Beach Service

This unit offers FREE beach service! During the season (March 1- October 31) you will get 2 beach chairs (with leg rests) and an umbrella set up on the beach. This is a $50 per day value!

The villa has been thoughtfully renovated, featuring a modern kitchen, updated flooring, fresh paint, stylish lighting, and numerous enhancements throughout. The master suite offers a queen bed, a private en suite bath, a private deck, and picturesque pond views. The second bedroom includes a king bed with easy access to a full bath. Upstairs, the loft area is perfect for families or groups, providing two full-size beds, two twin beds, and a third full bathroom. For added convenience, the villa is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, a decorative fireplace in the living room, and parking directly at the villa for easy access.

Outdoor living is a true highlight at Villa 9, with both upper and lower decks overlooking the tranquil pond—ideal spaces for outdoor dining or simply unwinding. Beach service is included with your stay, featuring two chairs and an umbrella set up for you at the beach, along with extra beach chairs available inside the villa.

Sandpiper Cove itself offers an incredible range of amenities for all ages. The villa is close to the heated main pool and three relaxing hot tubs. Dining is easy with the renowned Laniappe Restaurant just a short walk away. Best of all, it’s only a quick three-minute walk to the private beach, where a snack bar and beach bar add extra convenience to your days in the sun.

The villa includes three well-appointed bathrooms stocked with luxury essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and high-quality bath linens. Through the sliding glass doors of the master bedroom, step onto a private deck overlooking the pond with plenty of seating to relax and take in the scenery. To make your stay even more enjoyable, Villa 9 comes with a washer and dryer on the first level, and we supply dishwasher and laundry pods, 10 beach towels, two sets of golf clubs with balls, and pickleball paddles with balls. Free Wi-Fi and cable are also included for your convenience.

Please note that in accordance with resort policy, guests must be 25 years old to rent at Sandpiper Cove.

-This condo is on the first floor; however, please note that there are 2 stair steps required to access the unit. There is no elevator available.

-YOU MUST BE 25YRS OR OLDER AND STAY TO BOOK!!!!!!!

-If the primary guest will not be present at check-in, at least one guest must be 25 years old or older to check-in. Please inform your host in so we can notify the gate and ensure proper access for your group.

-Each condominium is allocated only two parking spaces and two parking passes per unit. There is no assigned parking.

-To secure a boat dock space, please visit the Sandpiper Cove website and submit a request. Please note that there is a fee for renting dock space. Please be aware that trailers or boats cannot be parked inside Sandpiper Cove. For trailer, boat, or jet ski parking arrangements, we recommend contacting facilities in the Destin, FL area.

-Sandpiper Cove is gated with 24 hour Security Guards for your protection.

-NO SMOKING OR PETS ARE PERMITTED inside the condo or on the balcony. Any violations will result in charges, automatic eviction, and forfeiture of refund.
