As soon as you pull into the driveway you will notice the oversized front deck with Adirondack chairs and an awning overlooking the ocean. Listen to the waves crash and watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee on your private deck each morning. Once inside you will be greeted with an abundance of natural light thanks to the unique windows in the great room. The vaulted ceilings are showcased by natural lumber beams. The great room features an open concept with generous living space and a fully equipped kitchen. The living area has ample seating for 6 adults.. The living room also features a flat-screen smart TV. The kitchen has counter seating for 4 with bar stools for your convenience as well as a door to a second deck off the back of the home. This back deck is the perfect place to watch the sunset after a day on the beach. The dedicated dining area just off the kitchen seats 6 adults comfortably and is a great place for a game of cards, puzzles, or family board games. Just off the living area, you will find the secluded master bedroom and one full bath separated by a barn door. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and flat-screen TV. On the opposite side of the home, you will find the other two bedrooms featuring another queen-sized bed and a twin over twin bunk respectively. There is another full bath on this side of the home. Each bedroom has windows for natural light and ample storage for your vacation must-haves! This home also offers includes a stackable washer dryer combo. Just steps from the large gravel driveway is a public beach access available for your use. This adorable bungalow is located just minutes away from the center of Surf City, and a convenient drive to Wilmington and Jacksonville.
