45 km south-east of Mikkeli, L.Kukonjärvi 100 m (length 2 km, width 200 m), deep, soft mud bottom, own boat.

Wooden hunting lodge 1987, renovated 2007, downstairs living room/ kitchen (70 m²!), kitchen, room with fireplace, washroom (3 showers), spacious dressing room and sauna section (electric stove). Upstairs bedroom 2 beds, bedroom 2+1 beds, upstairs hall 3 beds, other hall 4 beds. Terrace and 2 porches. Main building has 3 WCs.

Lakeshore sauna (20 m²) with washroom. Sauna has electric light, wood-fired stove, cold water pipe and hot water cauldron. Hunting lodge, ideal for several families at same time, or for companies for conference use, or for hunters, or even for holding parties, etc. On south side plot is level, with steep path to shore, steps on the way. Swimming beach for experienced swimmers only. Road to two neighbouring cottages passes through yard; these cottages not visible, however. By arrangement programme packages, e.g. hunting (licences required) and fishing trips, fishing guides, catering services, boat trips and cruises, wilderness trips. Tornimäki downhill ski centre 50 km, Ristiina 25 km.

Note! Key deposit of 160 euros on arrival is obligatory! However if final cleaning is booked and paid in advance then key deposit is not needed. Owner does not rent out bed linen.
