Shop 500 m, bus stop "Arosa, Rathaus" 400 m, railway station "Arosa" 1 km. Skisport facilities, slopes, sled run 500 m. Home delivery service possible. Beautiful hiking trails right in front of the house. Attention: limited number of parking spaces! Parking space or garage space must be reserved in advance with the key holder: parking space CHF 5.00/day, covered parking space CHF 8.00/day, garage space CHF 16.00/day, payable on site. Lounge with internet connection (WiFi). Ski passes are available at reception.

1-room apartment 28 m2, on the ground floor. Cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 2 fold-away beds and satellite TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the patio. Kitchenette (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates). Shower/WC. Patio, east facing position. Beautiful view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.
