For shared use: outdoor pool (15 x 6 m), volleyball and football pitch, playgrounds, green and play areas. Riding lessons and guided rides through the adjacent forest area on request. Horse guest boxes, bicycles and go-karts can be rented for a fee. Visits to the indoor and outdoor pool areas are included in the rental price. The restaurant and swimming pool are closed in the winter season.

Simple furnishings: living/dining room with sloping ceilings with satellite TV and radio. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). Small kitchenette (4 hot plates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: (steep stair), 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 2 beds. Gas heating. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture. Facilities: children's high chair. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm.
