Everything in the home is yours to use. Make yourself as comfortable as you can, but please refrain from moving furniture (so you don't break it)!

Guests have full access to the entire home. Self-check-in is available for your convenience.

Use of Common Amenities:

*The utilization of shared amenities is under the property manager's discretion and is not governed by MGM. Nonetheless, guests staying for more than 28 days are invited to enjoy these amenities.

Guests must submit a request at least a day or two before accessing the common amenities. Your request needs to be reviewed and scheduled with the building management.

*Only those listed on the reservation are allowed on the premises. Please always observe discipline and respect when using the common amenities to not to inconvenience others.

* Any damage to common amenities will incur a charge of a minimum of $150.

* Only registered guests can use the amenities. No outsiders and visitors are allowed.

* CCTVs and 24/7 security monitoring are in place to ensure everyone's compliance.

* Amenities are not for commercial use.

Check-out time is 11 am (unless otherwise approved).

Our Core Value is to be a good neighbor and comply with all local regulations. Therefore, all guests MUST agree to the house rules before/during their stay as there are other tenants at the property.

- Check-in details will be sent on the day of check-in.

- All guests are screened using our third-party partner, Autohost. In order to abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal, pay a security deposit and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

MAIL & PACKAGE DELIVERY

We discourage direct delivery to the building/apartment. It is recommended to make use of a nearby pickup/drop-off location to guarantee receipt of your mail/package.

Other things to Note:

- Absolutely no smoking, there's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors.

- No weapons, firearms, drugs or illegal sexual activity of any sort allowed.

- Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be terminated immediately.

* Please note that guests staying longer than 28 days will be responsible for paying utilities used during their stay.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties and smoking anywhere on our premises. All our units come equipped with noise sensors. While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. Should removal be required, it will be done at the guest's expense.

🗑️ Trash Collection Schedule & Holidays 🗑️

Regular Schedule: Trash pickup is every Friday morning. Please place bins at the curb on Thursday night before collection.

Holiday Adjustments: If Friday is a holiday, trash pickup will be delayed by one day (Saturday instead of Friday).

If your checkout falls on Saturday after a holiday, please help by moving the bins to the curb before leaving.
