Beautiful, 5BR/3BA pool home in Davenport. Great entertaining home with screen enclosed pool in covered lanai. Comes with two Large master bedroom with private bathroom. Third bedroom comes with a queen bed. Fourth and Fifth bedrooms comes with 2 twin beds on each bedroom. The pool area is amazing, you will have a lot of fun with family and friends. It is located close to Disney parks, in a residential community with a basketball court and community pool.. Only minutes away from the attractions, shopping and restaurants! Please note, that the AC temperature can not be set up lower than 74C. The minimum age required is 18. Office hours every day from 9am to 10pm. Early check-in and late check- out might be possible but subject to availability. Surveillance cameras on the entrance. BBQ and pool heat are additional fees. A services fee of $50 will be applied for the pool heating order placed less than 7 days before arrival. NO landline phone is provided
