Fully stocked with pots & pans, plates, cups, mugs, utensils, cooking tools, coffee pot, toaster oven, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. The dining area has seating for 10 with all the necessary dinnerware.

PARKING:

Free parking is available in the driveway for up to 2 cars.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

Free wifi, we provide a starter pack of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, & toiletries) for your first few nights. You may need to purchase more depending on use.

Mail Policy:

We are unable to accept mail or packages at this unit as we do not have access to the mailbox. Please refrain from having mail delivered to this address. Instead, consider using a P.O. Box or an Amazon Locker for your deliveries.

We are located in a lively neighborhood with lots of families.

The entire house is for your exclusive use. Please observe check-in time is 4 pm. Due to high occupancy we may not be able to accommodate an earlier checkin. We recommend you reserve the night before or the night after at a discount rate if needed.

We are here for you during your stay, but the level of interaction is up to you. The best way to communicate with us is through the app, but in case of an emergency, we are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self checkin upon arrival and self checkout.
