• Pets are allowed upon request for a fee of $125 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per house.

• Parking is allowed only on the home's driveway. To comply with Bella Vida Resort regulations, sidewalks must remain completely clear at all times.

• Street parking is strictly prohibited anywhere within the community.

• Any vehicle parked on the street, grass, or blocking the sidewalk is subject to immediate towing at the guest's expense, including all towing and recovery fees.

• Please ensure all drivers in your group are aware of this policy to avoid penalties.
