Escape today to beautiful Beech Creek Cabin! Nestled in the forest on the banks of rushing Beech Creek, on the back side of Beech Mountain, this cabin offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway.

Kick back on the covered front porch, fish in Beech Creek, take a dip in the hot tub, or tell stories around the firepit!

The main level features an open and airy great room with hickory hardwood floors, soaring vaulted tongue & groove ceilings, and a wall of windows letting in ample natural light. Get cozy in front of the stacked stone gas log fireplace that stretches all the way to the ceiling. The dining table comfortably seats six, a perfect place to enjoy delicious meals prepared in the kitchen outfitted with leathered granite counters, Shaker-style custom cabinets, and stainless steel appliances including a gas cooktop. Off the great room you'll also find a half bath and a laundry closet.

Time for bed? Beech Creek Cabin offers two beautiful bedroom suites, one on each level. On the main level is a King suite with armchair and Smart TV, and its private bath offering a double granite vanity and oversized tile step-in shower. Upstairs is a log-frame Queen bed, full-sized sleeper sofa, armchair, Smart TV, and private bath with double granite vanity and tiled shower.

Everything at Beech Creek Cabin has been thoughtfully designed for maximum comfort. Enjoy central heat & air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a washer & dryer. Mature dogs are welcome as well!

The outdoor features are as exciting as the indoors here. The creek-facing side of Beech Creek Cabin has a long, covered porch with a selection of rocking chairs. The open air courtyard in the rear of the cabin features a beautiful built-in round stone wood-burning firepit, a gas grill, and an outdoor dining table. Soak away your cares in the hot tub under the twinkle lights! Beech Creek itself, just steps away from the cabin down a short flight of rustic stairs, is a rushing creek and can be fished with a proper fishing license. For more water fun, Watauga Lake and the Watauga River are both a short drive away.

The towns of Boone and Banner Elk are both less than 15 miles away. Blowing Rock is about 24 miles distant. Valle Crucis is only 13 miles away and the Tennessee/North Carolina state line is only about 7 miles away, with multiple marinas and parks at Watauga Lake only a few miles past the TN line. Beech Mountain Ski Resort is less than 10 miles away and Sugar Mountain Ski Resort is about 16 miles distant. Appalachian Ski Mountain is about 24 miles away. Hawksnest Snow Tubing and Zip Lines is about 26 miles away. You are conveniently close to all the High Country has to offer, yet nestled away on a peaceful, creek-side slice of heaven when solitude is your preference.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION & RULES

- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small

vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. Towels and linens will be provided.

- Check in is after 4pm, and check out is by 10am.

- TVs are streaming capable. Bring your logins and enjoy your favourite shows!

- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms & Conditions sent by Host (property manager) or entry information will not be sent.

- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and using their card to pay for it and must be one of the persons staying in the home for the

reserved dates.

- No smoking inside the home, and no trace of smoking left outside the home.

- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.

- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.

- 4WD/AWD and/or chains REQUIRED during winter (Nov-March) for all Beech Mountain homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

- This home is pet friendly for up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25/nt per pet plus tax.

- There are 2 exterior security cameras at this home. One is facing the parking area and the other is on the front porch facing toward the creek.

- Firewood for the firepit may be added anytime prior to 7 days (1 week) before your arrival. Wood is $25/nt and you receive 2 bundles of wrapped kiln-dried wood + 1 firestarter per night.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Bookings cancelled with a 30+ day notice will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings cancelled between 15-29 days will receive half of their deposit back. Bookings cancelled with 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless your dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
