Exit to the terrace. 1 room 9 m2 with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Gas heating. Small terrace 6 m2, garden 150 m2, lawn 50 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.
