Evergreen Escape - Pet Friendly Forest Cabin with Hot Tub!

A quick drive North of Boone is peaceful Evergreen Escape!! Enjoy rocking on the porch listening the nearby creek and wildlife roaming freely. Breathe in the mountain air sitting by the fire pit, roasting marshmallows, laughing together, making memories. Soak in the hot tub after a day of hiking nearby trails. We offer a wood burning fireplace inside, too - listen to the crackling fire while playing games or watching a classic VHS movie.

We want our guests to feel right at home. We have stocked everything you need to make your stay pleasant with a stocked kitchen: dishes, utensils, baking/cooking dishes, coffeepot, toaster, and so much more!

The cabin was designed with love to be perfect for a family, two small families with kids, or even just two couples. There's a King bedroom and a full bathroom on the main level. Upstairs You can find another full bathroom perfectly situated between the final two bedrooms, one with King bed and the other with two sets of Twin over Twin bunks.

Evergreen Escape is situated in Zionville, a peaceful corner of Western Watauga County off Highway 421-N.

- 15 minutes from downtown Boone

- 20 minutes to Tweetsie Railroad

- 30 minutes from downtown Blowing Rock or downtown Banner Elk

- 30 minutes to Watauga Lake and Watauga Lake Winery

- 35 minutes to Sugar Mountain Golf & Ski

Additional Notes:

- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

- There is no direct access to the creek in the neighborhood. It's located on the neighbor's property and there is no path to it. Please do not trespass on the neighbor's property to look for it.

- This home is pet friendly for mature, well-trained dogs of all size. Pet fee is $25/nt per pet. Max of 2 dogs per reservation. If there is evidence of an unauthorized pet during or after your stay there will be an additional $250 charge.

- Firewood may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a fire starter for $25/night plus tax

- Check-in is after 4pm and Check-out is by 10am.

-This home has a gravel driveway with graveled capacity for 3 vehicles. 4WD or AWD is required during winter months November-March.

- All BRMR homes come with a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.

- Towels and linens will be provided for you.

- The homeowners have an exterior security camera aimed at the driveway and trash can area. There are no cameras near the firepit or hot tub areas, and no cameras are inside.

- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.

- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.

- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.

- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
