Description:

A Two-level, spacious Sunriver home, Lookout 3 will host 10 in beds, has 2 living spaces, a large main level Primary Bedroom, a huge deck and lots of common area behind the home. The Living area features a large Smart TV while the Den has Foosball, a Flat Screen TV and a closet full of board games.

Entry:

Walking in to Lookout 3 and to the left will be the Laundry room which has access to the deck. To the right will be the Kitchen which loops around to the dining, Living and back towards the entry. Straight ahead and on the left is an intersection with a half bath on the left, the downstairs bedroom with Double bed straight and the Den on the right. Continue straight past the intersection you'll be in the Living Room.

The Kitchen:

A galley kitchen filled with every major appliance and open cupboards for easy access to dishes. A peninsula at the end has two barstools at it for seating.

The Dining Area:

Right after the Kitchen is the Dining area. A Bench and 4 chairs surround the table.

The Downstairs Primary:

Off the Living and Dining areas is the Downstairs Primary which is a lovely, large space with an En Suite that has a separate shower and tub. Fitted with a King bed and a Smart TV, there is also a personal deck to enjoy the common area view.

The Downstairs Intersection:

Looking straight on from the intersection, there's a half bath on the left, the downstairs second bedroom straight ahead and the den on the right. The bedroom has a double bed, two nightstands and a Smart TV. The Den is a great hangout room with Foosball, a chess/checkers table, a closet full of games and a Flat Screen TV. There is also access to the large deck.

Upstairs:

The Upstairs has two bedrooms and two baths. The bedroom to the right is a Primary with En Suite. A King bed and Smart TV are complimented by the natural light from the large window.

The bedroom on the left is a great kids' room with two twin beds and a bunk. There is a Smart TV in there as well plus a reading seat in a window nook.

Lastly upstairs between the two bedrooms is the hall bath with shower.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes:

Starting February 2024, this home includes 8 Recreation Plus Passes which Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf.

Pet Policy:

This home does not allow pets under any circumstances. Evidence of pets in the home can and will result in extra charges and/or eviction during your stay without refund.

Guest ID Policy:

After you book a reservation, as a security measure for you and our owners, we will be sending you a Verification Request via our partner, Guest Ranger. Please complete it as soon as possible so we can verify your stay. If we cannot verify your stay, we may cancel your reservation.

Smoking Policy:

Booking Channel Guests:

When you book with us but not on our website, for simplicity's sake, we have combined all fees into a single group. That group can include Cleaning, Resort Fee, Card Processing, and Hot Tub maintenance (all when applicable). The Service Fee is the channel's fee, not ours.
