The apartment is located on the ground floor of a multi-family complex but is not wheelchair accessible (2 steps are needed to enter the unit).

Building next to train, great for fast transportation to brickell and around miami. Keep in mind the noise of the train is heard from inside the unit.

The Apartment has a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a big bathroom, and a cozy room with a queen size bed and smart tv. A sofa bed is available in the living room (please let us know so we can prepare it for you).

Early check-in and late check-out if available can be provided at extra cost.

A dog is allowed in the unit and has an extra cleaning fee. We accept certain breeds, given the size of the apartment and the canine itself. We don't accept cats.

All check-in and check-out process is done remotely. You will be provided with a unique code for entering. More details about the process will be provided by direct message.
