PARKING: There is paid metered street parking that is available on a first-come, first-served basis. It is not guaranteed.

There is a smart TV in the living room that has all streaming platforms that you can use with your personal account.

We are here for you during your stay, but the level of interaction is up to you. Our preferred method of communication is through messages on the Airbnb chat through the application.

Please, NO PARTIES or GATHERINGS. No indoor smoking. Feel free to smoke in the outdoor areas.

All trash must be thrown away in bags in the dumpster located in the alley along the building toward Alton Road.
