Downstairs: Combined kitchen and living room, electric sauna. Two bedrooms: bedroom 1: doublebed, bedroom 2: bunkbed, livingroom: convertible bed for 2. Loft (15 m², low room height): 2 mattresses (alternative beds, the apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 people).

Pets for an additional fee. In a tranquil area, surrounded with fields. To the lake Kitkajärvi 100 m, to the wintersport centre Ruka 14 km.

Additional equipment: Lakeside sauna by additional fee, call to the owner. Grill hut in shared use. The refrigerator has a small freezer compartment.

Other distances: Oulanka National Park/Pieni Karhunkierros Trail 17,5 km. Nearest ski track 8 km, Käylä illuminated ski track (lenght 2.5 km).
