Ideally located between the ocean and the forest, our space offers a tranquil retreat for your group. Spend days whale watching, kayaking, fishing, biking, hiking, and more - There's something for everyone. You'll love the picturesque atmosphere and rich heritage of this beautiful area!

Our cottage has 2 BEDROOMS with 1 queen bed in the master bedroom and 2 Twin beds in the second bedroom.

Get ready for your day in one of the 2 BATHROOMS. We'll provide you with a hairdryer, towels, and bathrobes. Keep your clothes clean with the on-site laundry facilities.

After a day on the water, retreat to our comfortable air-conditioned LIVING AREA with a lovely fireplace and beautiful decor. Curl up on the sofa and watch your favorite show on the 40-inch flat-screen TV or connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the complimentary Wi-Fi. You'll find a mini-fridge stocked with Poland Spring water and a Keurig coffee maker with an assortment of Green Mountain coffee and tea. In the evening, enjoy a glass of wine and the view of the harbor on the private covered porch with traditional Adirondack chairs.

Inclusions & Perks – No Surprises

• Your stay includes a curated package of resort experiences and services, designed to elevate every moment, featuring two outdoor pools, two hot tubs, swim floats, kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, a motorized boat launch (subject to availability), fishing equipment, and a children's playground; along with high-speed WiFi, on-site parking, bicycles, a guest shuttle service, an ATM, laundry machines, and a fully equipped fitness center with Peloton bikes. Guests can also enjoy hiking trails, a tennis court, shuffleboard, lawn games, a game room, sun loungers and umbrellas, an outdoor firepit with s'mores events throughout the week, and complimentary newspapers.

• Parking: Complimentary on-site parking for all guests

• Pools: Open from 9:00 am to dusk; The oceanside pool is unheated while the forest-side pool is heated.

• Fitness Center: Open 24 hours

• Spa: Open Tuesday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm; Sunday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Reservations are recommended at least two weeks in advance

Additional Options

• A maximum of two pets per room is allowed. The fee is a $100 for one dog per stay. A second dog can stay for an additional $40. The pet fee is charged per stay

• Late check-out: Based on availability; additional fees may apply

• Damage deposit: A $100 hold will be placed on your credit card at check-in.

• Each unit is individually decorated; layout, décor, furniture, and views may vary

• Housekeeping services rooms daily unless a "Do Not Disturb" sign is displayed. Service cut-off is at 4 PM. For additional toiletries or towels, guests can call the front desk
