* Guest verification (including email) is required upon booking confirmation per local regulations

* The booking guest must be present at check-in and is responsible for all other guests

* No filming or commercial activity allowed without prior written approval

* Additional \$200 cleaning fee applies to stays longer than 7 days (billed upfront)

* All guests must review and adhere to house rules

* Only the booking guest may communicate with the host during the stay

* A government-issued photo ID is required before check-in
