Charming and renovated 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo on the 3rd level walk up of the historic King James Building.

Located in North Asheville, guests can enjoy neighborhood restaurants, yoga studios, and several shops while also enjoying the convenience of being less than 1 mile from downtown. There is one parking space (unassigned) for this rental located in the parking lot beside and behind the King James Building.
