Contemporary elegance and friendly security staff greet you in the lobby at Admiralty House. There are only six units per floor so you don't have to worry about long waits for the elevator. There are two commercial bbq grills available, along with large social room where various social activities take place, including dance classes, and exercise classes in the heated pool.

If you’re feeling active, play a round of tennis at one of the two private tennis courts or take advantage of the private beach access for a long walk. Ready to relax? Grab a book from the library and head out to the shade of the Chickee hut sun deck or lounge in the sun around the largest beachfront condo pool on Marco Island at 60 x 30 feet. Everything has been thought of including beach chair lockers so you don't have carry your chairs out to the beach each day. Admiralty House is conveniently located so you are within walking distance to shops and some of the top-rated restaurants on the island, including Joey’s Pizza, Sami’s Pizza & Grill, NeNe’s Kitchen, Empire Bagel Factory and Doreen’s Cup of Joe.

**You must book AT LEAST 14 DAYS IN ADVANCE of your check-in date, submit an application 10 days prior to your arrival and pay a $150 application fee AFTER you book.
