Whether you are coming to Blacksburg for business or pleasure, enjoy this second floor 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit that is fully stocked with all of the basic essentials. Guests have access to a charcoal grill, cornhole boards, a horseshoe pit, firepit, and other games. Basketball hoop area available (shared by both units). Equipped with a smart TV, spacious bedrooms, and an open layout between the living area and kitchen area. A Washer/dryer is also available on site, and plenty of parking available- this is an upstairs unit part of a duplex.

Bedroom 1- Full size bed with a bathroom. Bedroom 2- Queen size bed. Bedroom 3- 2 full size beds with bathroom. Bedroom 4- Queen size bed. Third bathroom in hallway with washer/dryer.

**Disclosure- we are having issues with the living room tv- so it is currently not working. We are working to get this issue resolved as quick as possible. This portion of the description will be updated**

We do utilize a third party communications app that automatically sends out a message once booking is confirmed. It will ask you to sign our Rental Agreement regarding our house rules, collect government issued ID to verify age, and capture a credit card as a precautionary for any incidentals or damages that may incur. Once the agreement is signed, then you will receive the door pin code for entry and all necessary check in information on the day of check-in.

We also have NoiseAware installed in the home. This monitors noise decibels to ensure our noise control rule is abided during after hours.
