Roundlog building 1997, living room/kitchen, bedroom 2 beds, sleeping loft 2 beds and 1 extra bed plus balcony, washroom, sauna, open porch. Living room/kitchen has convertible sofa/bed as optional bed. Cottage has heating pump/inverter air conditioning system, wood-burning stove/kitchen range, underfloor heating in washroom. Lakeshore sauna with dressing room and attached room with 2 summer beds.

The cottage has its own well, running water comes into the cottage and the water is drinkable.
