Description:

Luxury experience centrally located between Circles 4 and 5. This majestic 6 bedroom, 7 baths, 4,143 sq ft home was built in 2007 and is decked out top to bottom.

Walk into the upstairs which houses the Main Kitchen, Living Room #1, an upper deck with grill, and the first of 6 bedrooms along with the garage and attached game room. Downstairs has 5 more bedrooms, a second living area, a second mini-kitchen, a large deck, and a hot tub. Fantastic for multiple families with two washers and two dryers, three dishwashers, two ovens, and two living areas.

Level 1, Upstairs:

Kitchen: The kitchen is covered in granite tile. It has a massive stainless steel sub-zero Electrolux refrigerator/freezer, a six-burner Electrolutz gas stovetop, a double Electrolux oven, a Frigidaire microwave, and a Magic Chef wine fridge. On top of that, there are two Bosch dishwashers; one near the sink and one on the island. The island seats 4 as well. There is also a half bath.

Dining:

The dining table is a massive 12 foot, gorgeous wood table with 5 seats on one side, one on each end, and two benches on the other side.

Living:

Behind the dining area is the upstairs Living space with a rock-faced gas fireplace, large Smart TV with cable, a 3D Blu-Ray player, and Sound Bar, viewable from the leather sofa with a chaise. Off the Living area is the upstairs deck with Stainless Steel, 3-Burner Weber BBQ gas grill, and two outdoor dining tables.

Bedroom #1:

The only upstairs bedroom is a true suite with King Bed, a Smart TV with DVD player. Adjoining the bedroom is a large sitting area with its own Samsung Flatscreen with cable and a balcony with seating for two. Also adjoined to the bedroom is the En Suite with a tile shower with two heads and dual sink vanity.

Level 2, Downstairs:

Kitchen:

Downstairs has its own mini-kitchen with an Apartment style refrigerator, microwave, and sink with plenty of counter space and storage plus a dining table.

Living:

The downstairs living area has a rock face gas fireplace, large LG Smart TV with 4K/Blu-ray/DVD player, Sound Bar, and cable. Sliding doors lead out to the deck with access to the Hot Tub. Off the Living area are two more bedrooms.

Downstairs Bedrooms:

Bedroom #2: At the foot of the stairs is a bedroom with a Kingside Log bed, an LG Smart TV, and cable. The En Suite has a tiled shower and double vanity.

Bedroom #3: A King Bed, TCL Roku TV with DVD. The En Suite has a tiled shower and sink.

Bedroom #4: A Queen Bed with En Suite with tiled shower and sink. There's also a sliding glass door that leads out to the Hot Tub.

Bedroom #5: Two Pyramid Bunks with an RCA Roku TV and DVD. The En Suite has a Shower/Tub combo and sink.

Bedroom #6: The final bedroom has a King Bed, an LG Smart TV and DVD. The En Suite has a tiled shower and double vanity.

Recreation Access:

This home includes 14 Recreation Plus Passes. Guests can access the SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disc Golf, and the Winter Sledding Hill with these passes. See the SHARC website for full details and pricing.

Laundry:

Two full-sized washers and two full-sized dryers can take care of everyone's clothes.

Garage:

The main garage houses bikes and other sporting gear. The second garage has been converted to a game room with Ping Pong, Air Hockey, and Shuffleboard along with a large LG Smart TV.

Pet Policy:

This home does not allow pets and no exceptions will be made. Pets found on-premises will be grounds for breach of contract and removal of home without refund.

Booking Channel Guests:

Any time you book with us, but not on our site, for simplicity's sake, we have combined all fees into a single group. That group can include Cleaning, Resort Fee, Card Processing, and Hot Tub maintenance (all when applicable). The Service Fee is the booking site's fee, not ours.
