Resort Style Terra Verde surrounded by 3- acres lake.  Minutes from the Old Town of Kissimmee, which has plenty of bars, restaurants, shops, adrenaline filled rides, and evening entertainment. Nearby is a great shopping development, with plenty of America’s famous stores including Ross, Famous Footwear and Aéropostale along with restaurants and a 16-screen cinema. Disney is approximately a fifteen minute drive away and Universal and SeaWorld are no further than a twenty-five minute car ride away. The resort facilities include a health spa, communal swimming pools, sports courts, a gym, a games room and an outdoor Tiki bar for cold and refreshing drinks around the pool. The minimum age required is 18. Please note, to prevent our A/C unit freeze don't lower more than 72 degrees BBQ grill is an additional fee. Office hours from 9am to 10pm. There is a fee of $25 per car pass, this payment has to be made at the security gate, the fee is mandatory upon check-in to the resort at the clubhouse.
