PET-FRIENDLY UNIT

This unit welcomes pets—specifically dogs and cats weighing less than 30 pounds—with a nonrefundable pet fee of $100 per pet (plus tax). If your pet weighs over the weight limit there is an upcharge of $25. Additionally, Sandpiper Cove collects a $10 fee per pet on-site. Up-to-date shot records are required at check-in. While pets are allowed in the community, they are not permitted on the beach. Please note that no beaches in Destin or Okaloosa County are pet-friendly.

Bathroom:

As you step inside, you'll find a beautifully updated bathroom featuring a modern shower with a tasteful glass enclosure. We provide plush towels, hand towels, and washcloths to ensure your comfort, along with complimentary essentials such as lotion, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

Main Living Space:

The comfortable main living area is designed for relaxation and convenience. One of the standout features of this unit is the stylish countertop with bar stools, perfect for enjoying meals or casual dining with friends and family. After a day filled with adventure, unwind on the sofa sleeper while catching your favorite shows on the flat-screen smart TV.

For sleeping arrangements, the unit includes a convenient Murphy bed and a sofa sleeper, accommodating up to four guests comfortably. While the unit does not have its own washer and dryer, a communal laundry room is conveniently located nearby for your use.

You’ll have everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, and the countertop dining space allows for a laid-back dining experience. -Each condominium is allocated only two parking spaces and two parking passes per unit. There is no assigned parking.

-To secure a boat dock space, please visit the Sandpiper Cove website and submit a request. Please note that there is a fee for renting dock space. Please be aware that trailers or boats cannot be parked inside Sandpiper Cove. For trailer, boat, or jet ski parking arrangements, we recommend contacting facilities in the Destin, FL area.

-Sandpiper Cove is gated with 24 hour Security Guards for your protection.
