Westlake neighborhood is named after its location on the western shore of Lake Union. It is a relatively narrow neighborhood, there being only a few blocks between the shoreline and its western limit at Aurora Avenue N., beyond which is Queen Anne. The property has many stairs, and it is NOT child proofed in any way.

NOISE: This unit is part of an HOA so please be mindful and courteous to the neighbors. There are NO PARTIES allowed in the unit or on the roof, noise must be kept to a minimum and QUIET HOURS must be respected. Guests must be respectful of common areas and adhering to property security guidelines for the safety of all residents and property.

PLANTS: Our indoor and outdoor plants are serviced every other Tuesday between 11am-1pm so guests do not have to water them, just enjoy!
