The island boasts 21 miles of pristine coastline with stunning natural beaches, sandy shores and turquoise waters. Bella Vista sits a few miles North of Jensen Beach, FL and south of Ft. Pierce, near many restaurants, shopping and attractions, but far enough away to enjoy the private remote location. It is about an hour from Palm Beach International Airport.

The private beachfront home offers a private path to the beach right off the back porch and private access to the Indian River, only 15 feet from the driveway, offering some of the best fishing. A private 6-hole putting green is in the gated yard for golf enthusiasts and Bella Vista offers complimentary Kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, snorkel gear, boogie boards and bicycles.

Inside Bella Vista, enjoy 4 floors of comfortable space to make new memories together. Use the private elevator, connecting all 4 floors or take the stairs between each level. Take in the gorgeous ocean views from 2 lounging sun decks and 3 balconies. Watch stunning sunrises over the ocean and sunsets over the Indian River.

The top floor is the Primary Penthouse Suite, with 2 balconies, overlooking the Indian River and the Ocean.

The 2nd floor offers 3 bedrooms, 2 with ocean views and one with an Indian River view. A media room, also on that floor, offers a shared space bedroom, with a Murphy Bed. There are multiple gaming systems, so bring your PS4 and Xbox games.

The main floor of the house boasts a large open space overlooking the ocean, with Dining area, Living room and large open Kitchen. Beautiful marble flooring throughout the home…

The ground floor game Room offers a shared space bedroom with Murphy bed. Use the private ground entrance or the elevator.

Large outdoor parking area, with room for 5 vehicles or a boat.

*NO Smoking IN/ON Property.

*No Moving Furniture from Any Rooms and No taking any inside furniture outside.

*Quiet Outside Hours after 10 pm.

This property is cleaned and sanitized in accordance with CDC guidelines. The health and safety of our guests is our top priority. All high touch point surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival.

We provide a starter set of supplies, with an initial travel size supply of shampoo, conditioner bath soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, coffee, towels and toilet paper. Should this not be enough for entire stay, you may need to purchase additional supplies. You are welcome to use the 2 washing machines and dryers as well.
