Newly renovate 1/1 second floor relaxed condo-style hotel at Greenpoint Kissimmee. Few miles from Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando Resort. and majority of the shopping & outlet malls!   The traditionally decorated studio feature, cable TV and bathroom.  Freebies include Wi-Fi, plus facilities such as an outdoor heated pool and hot tub, a children's pool and a picnic area.  There's also on-site laundry (fee), a game room and much more. Hotel Breakfast is available every morning for only $12 per person. Please note, that the AC temperature will not be set up lower than 74 degrees. The minimum age required is 18. Our office hours are 7 days a week from 9am to 10pm. Early check-in and late check- out might be possible but subject to availability.
