Beach Bliss is a reverse floor plan with 5 bedrooms on the 1st floor, 4 Bedrooms with King Beds, and 3 with ensuite bathrooms, plus a bunk room with 4 full size beds for many sleeping options for your group. All bedrooms have comfortable new memory foam mattresses. The top floor has 2 huge decks each with Ocean Views, Gourmet Kitchen and plenty of seating. The open design upstairs has vaulted ceilings, a large granite counter with seating in the gourmet kitchen and a spacious custom dining room seating area with enough room for the entire group. There is also plenty of seating in the main living area to watch your favorite shows on the large screen Smart TV.

Beach Bliss is located centrally with very close beach access, great ocean views, a short trip to BHI Club, the market, East Beach and The Shoals Club. You will have plenty of options each day for fun with temporary access to both clubs, the beach so close or just hang out on one of the large decks and soak in the views. Beach Bliss is equipped with new 6 and 4 passenger carts, enough room for the entire group.

**At Beach Bliss there is access to Shoals Club or Bald Head Island Club Temporary Memberships. You must join as a temporary member. Temporary membership fees will apply.

**Please keep in mind the BHI CLUB is now capping registration for their guest memberships. If you wish to attend the club during your stay please apply ASAP. Please visit the BHI Club website to see and review their NEW rules and fees for the 2023 year. Keep in mind there are new rules regarding what days you can attend the club and what activities guest members can use, please refer to their site or call them for more details****

**This is NOT a pet friendly home. Fines will be applied if a pet is brought and possible eviction

**Please make yourself aware of our cancellation policy. Insurance is highly recommended.

**Maximum Occupancy: 12 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.

**Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.***

* Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.

* Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.

* No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict

tenants and guests with no refund given.

* If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions!

* No uninvited guests without permission

Bald Head Island Activities:

-Rent a bike at Coastal Urge, or Riverside Adventure Company.

-Rent a stand up paddle board or kite board from Coastal Urge as well!

-Climb Old Baldy Lighthouse by visiting the Smith Island Museum.

-Go on a historic island tour from the Old Baldy Foundation.

-Take a ghost walk, sail, surf, or kayak with the Sail Shop.

-Take a hike on the M. Kent Mitchell Nature Trail.

-For a guided hike, guided kayak, or guided canoe trip visit the Bald Head Island Conservancy.
