AFTER BOOKING

Guests must provide full names of all guests staying in the unit 4 days prior to arrival. This is required by the hotel. Also, please let us know what time you are planning on checking in.

BOOKING INFORMATION

* Additional fees applicable for same-day booking charged by the Hotel and not by the Host.

* Please inform us if you plan to make a same-day booking so that we can request approval from the hotel.

DAY OF CHECK-IN

* Please inform us of your intended check-in time your estimated arrival time 24 hours prior to check-in.

* Guests will be greeted by our representative in the hotel lobby.

Complimentary check-in is available from 4 PM to 8 PM late check-in fee of $65 will be charged from 9PM- Midnight.

This is a privately owned unit in this beautiful luxurious hotel. You will be able to enjoy its amenities. However, there are a few guidelines that we need to comply with.

FEES AND DEPOSIT

1. REQUIRED FEES

RESORT FEE: Provide valid credit card and ID for the resort fee.$54.24/night (taxes included already) includes:

* 2 Beaches chairs & Umbrellas.

* Sunrise Yoga Classes

* 2 hours bike rentals for 2 adults

* 2 bottles of water in room and on pool deck

* local and toll-free calls

* Internet access

* access to the pool deck and whirlpool

* Fitness Center

2. OPTIONAL FEES

VALET PARKING - $62 daily; paid in full at the time of check-in for the duration of your stay. Please let us know at the time of booking if you need parking.

3. SECURITY DEPOSIT

There is a $200/night security deposit hold. This is NOT a charge. It’s just a hold for incidentals.

4. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING ROOM AND HOTEL

There is absolutely no smoking in the hotel or the room. Minimum of $500 will be incurred if guests smoke in the room.

5. Only contact the rental company for all the guests' needs (please… avoid calls to the hotel).
