Experience ultimate relaxation at this updated condo at the Grand Beach Resort, where beach access is just across the street, next to Gulf State Park sits in its serenity. The resort has community amenities like an outdoor pool, hot tub, bbq grill and patio for dining. Perfectly situated near attractions such as the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Gulf State Park Pier, an amusement park, golfing, and a variety of dining options, this condo offers endless entertainment possibilities.

The Condo has 1 bedroom with a king bed. there are 2 built in bunk beds in the living area. The sofa pulls out for extra sleeping space. Our linens are premium and the best on the beach. No scratchy sheets here. The kitchen has been updated to include granite counter tops. Beach toys are on the balcony for guests to use. There are also beach chairs and towels for guest use so you don't have to pack your own.

The condo is close to the pool and has a nice balcony with views of the beach. The beach access is directly across the street. Gulf State Park is also directly across the street making it a fairly quiet section of beach. and will never be built upon. There is a great fishing pier in the park.

The resort is waking distance to the Hangout and other great spots so you don't have to find a place to park in the busier section of town.
