Downtown WIlmington - 2 Bedroom Home

Fully renovated 2 bed/2bath bungalow in Downtown Wilmington. Explore everything downtown Wilmington has to offer with a short 6 minute drive to the River District and Riverwalk, then unwind around the fire pit in the back patio area. Between all of the restaurants, breweries, local shops, a brief 20 minute drive to Wrightsville Beach, and the amenities this home has to offer, you will be sure to have a great time!

This home has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with a Queen bed, and another bedroom with a full over full bunk bed w/ a twin size trundle. There is also a queen sized pull out sofa in the living room.

We do utilize a third party communications app that automatically sends out a message once booking is confirmed. It will ask you to sign our rental agreement regarding our house rules, collect government issued ID to verify age, and capture a credit card as a precautionary for any incidentals or damages that may incur. Once the agreement is signed, then you will receive the door pin code for entry on the day of check-in.

We also have NoiseAware installed in the home. This monitors noise decibels to ensure our noise control rule is abided during after hours.
