One small well behaved dog would be considered with a paid pet fee of 200.00 plus tax. Check with the property manager for approval before booking. NO CATS

Private pool with outdoor seating and table.  (Pool can be heated in cooler months (November - April) for an extra fee of 35.00 a day plus tax. Please schedule before arrival.

A private one-bedroom 320 Sq ft guest house is near the pool and has its own bathroom.

FULL DESCRIPTION

Escape to your own private paradise featuring a refreshing pool (heat optional) and a detached guest suite, for ultimate relaxation and privacy! This fully renovated home has three bedrooms AND a separate guest house with queen bed, TV, beverage fridge, table with 2 chairs, sofa and bathroom near the pool and private backyard. Pool can be heated upon request for $35 plus tax per day. Perfect for traveling with a relative, friends, nanny, or teens. The Main House and Guest House are all rented as one only not separately.

Upon entering the home, you are greeted with a large living area with a pool table and open concept kitchen. You can take a seat at the kitchen bar or sit at the dining table nearby to enjoy a meal at home with friends and family. The modern well-equipped kitchen has granite countertops and plenty of space and equipment for making delicious meals. A full-size laundry room off the kitchen has plenty of storage and counters for folding or hanging clothes. The living room is towards the back of the house and has two large comfy couches, large flat-screen TV, and access to the screened-in lanai. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a queen bed and other guest rooms have queen beds and access to the hallway bathroom. The home has a private fenced-in backyard with a gorgeous private pool (optional heating with additional fee) and guest house efficiency which has its own kitchen, bathroom, and full-size bed. This is great for friends or families that may want a little more privacy during the stay.

This comfortable private home is located just minutes from downtown Sarasota where you will find many options for dining, shopping, and nightlife. . No trip to Sarasota would be complete without going to one of the world-class white sand beaches nearby. Siesta Key Beach is 7 miles and Lido Beach is 5 miles from the home. Check out St Armand's Circle near Lido Beach for additional shopping and great restaurant choices. Flying into Sarasota/Bradenton airport is easy and convenient with direct flights from many cities and is only a 20 minutes drive from the home.
