Miami Beach 17th floor Ocean View side by side suites with Sweeping Panoramic Views of the Ocean, Intracoastal, South Beach and Downtown Miami. The suites are connected via a private foyer, which is an additional private space that can be utilized. Please reference the the floor plan (in the pictures of the listing).

Important notes about fees charged by the fontainebleau hotel.

Mandatory Fees:

Check Out Housekeeping is Mandatory. The fee is $360+ tax charged directly by the hotel.

There is a fee of $33.04+ tax charged by the hotel to process the reservation. You will see on this on your checkout bill along with the housekeeping bill.

If you have a car, valet parking fees are charged directly by resort and range from $59-$75 per night+ tax. There is a more affordable option about a 10 minute walk away at 400 W 42 St, Miami Beach, FL 33140. Last we checked it was $1/hour and maximum of $8/day including overnight, if you are looking to save.

A Daily Incidental Fee is also applicable and charged by the Hotel upon Check In. This fee is $250 per night, per room (you are renting two rooms total) and is a hold on your CC for billing to your room, i.e. Room Service or for any damages. The amount is released / refunded upon Check Out.

Non Mandatory Fees:

For additional daily cleaning service request it at check in or with 24 hours notice directly with the hotel. The Daily Housekeeping Service Fee is $80+ tax for the smaller unit, and $95+ tax for the larger unit, per day. Daily housekeeping is optional.

The building is a non smoking building. A smoking fee of $250+ tax may be charged by the Hotel if you smoke in the room. . You may enjoy smoking on the balcony.

Pets are welcome but a pet cleaning fee may be charged by the hotel. Smoking fee/Pet Cleaning Fee is $250+ tax. Pets must be leashed. Only two domestic pets weighing 70 lbs at maturity are permitted.

Please be sure to checkout at 11AM as the hotel may charge a late checkout fee.

Additional charges may be applied for any damages to the suite during guest stay.
